Abstracts must be submitted electronically via the CMT system. Authors who do not already have a CMT account must create one before submitting; at least the submitting author must be registered in CMT.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
The conference encourages open and reproducible research. Authors are invited to share their presentation slides and associated algorithms/scripts (e.g., R, Python) through the HDDA16 public GitHub repository. This initiative will facilitate the dissemination of scientific materials, promote reproducibility, and make computational resources openly accessible to the broader statistical and data science community beyond the conference itself.
